Employee Experience Specialist (Maternity Leave)

We are hiring and looking for an Employee Experience Specialist to join us . In this role, you will be enhancing the employee journey and fostering a positive workplace culture across our global offices. This is a temporary role (maternity leave replacement) for a duration of 6 months, reporting to the VP of HR.

Responsibilities

  • Organize and coordinate happy hours, team-building activities, and social events
  • Oversee the yearly budget and allocate recourses to all global regions
  • Collaborate with global vendors and negotiate contracts for services related to employee experience initiatives
  • Execute and promote wellness initiatives supporting employee well-being
  • Lead a creative employee experience strategy that connects employees to the brand, values, and culture

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as an Employee Experience in a startup or the high-tech industry – MUST
  • Fluent in English, written and verbal - MUST
  • Proven experience in a global organization, demonstrating a deep understanding of cross-cultural dynamics and diverse workforce needs
  • Strong budget management skills, with the ability to plan, allocate, and track expenses
  • Vendor management experience - working with contracts, suppliers, and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
