Legal Counsel

About The Position

We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team. In this role, you will help negotiate and execute commercial transactions with customers, suppliers and partners worldwide, and assist on a variety of legal matters such as investment rounds, data protection laws and regulatory issues, and more. This role will be reporting to the company’s VP of Finance and Operations.


  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating international agreements with clients, partners and vendors, including software licensing agreements (on premise and SaaS), NDA's, partner agreements, maintenance and support, vendor agreements, administrative agreements and consulting agreements, etc.
  • Managing, maintaining, and continuously improving our legal templates repository
  • Support the activities of, and collaborate with, various departments in the company, such as Marketing, Sales, Product, Human Resources and Finance
  • Identifying and implementing proactive solutions for resolving and/or mitigating risks
  • Managing the company’s compliance initiatives and processes
  • Assistance with data privacy compliance
  • Working directly with senior leadership on strategic projects such as financing rounds, major partnership agreements, M&A and supporting due-diligence processes
  • Managing the company’s relationship with external legal counsels


  • LLB degree and license to practice law in Israel
  • 5-10 years of broad experience at a commercial or high-tech department of a leading law firm and/or as an in-house counsel in a legal department of a high-tech company, startup preferred.
  • Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, and advising clients on commercial law and transactions, including experience in international transactions, NDA's, SaaS licensing agreements, partnership agreements and service provider agreements
  • Experience in employment law, corporate law and privacy law, an advantage
  • English and Hebrew at native level or equivalent
  • Excellent negotiation, drafting, analytical, and communication skills, including ability to work and collaborate with colleagues in multiple locations
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, driven and motivated self-starter
