The Identity Protection team owns multiple product modules that together prevent, detect, and remediate identity-driven threats across enterprise environments. We are looking for a strategic and technical Product Manager to define, build, and scale our products. You will lead a high-impact product in the Multi-factor authentication category (Silverfort’s flagship, best-selling product line) and help shape the future of cloud identity protection. In this high-impact role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle, working closely with engineering, security teams, GTM teams, and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Define and refine the vision and roadmap for one or more modules in the Identity Protection portfolio.
  • Drive product development from concept to release, focusing on on-premise and cloud identity protection and modern authentication use cases.
  • Run customer discovery, interviews, and usability tests to validate problems and measure success
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, from discovery through launch, with Product, R&D, Security, Design, Sales, and GTM to drive feature execution
  • Engage directly with large enterprise customers to validate assumptions, collect feedback, and iterate on different solutions

Requirements

  • 3+ years of Product Management experience in B2B software, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise IT
  • Deep understanding of identity and access management (IAM) or cloud security domains - a must
  • Experience and knowledge in Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) - an advantage
  • Familiarity with authentication protocols (e.g., Kerberos, SAML, LDAP, OIDC) – an advantage
  • Strong technical skills and comfort working with engineering teams on complex backend systems
  • Attention to detail with a user-centric mindset and high-quality UX standards
  • Proven ability to work in agile teams and manage cross-functional projects
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Hebrew and English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field – an advantage
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, and a strong team player
