1. Overview. These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the nomination and participation in the Silverfort Identity Icon Awards (“Awards”). By submitting a nomination, the Nominator (defined below) expressly acknowledges and agrees that (i) you have the written consent and authority of the Nominee (defined below) to enter such nomination; and (ii) you are entering into a legal agreement with Silverfort, Inc. (Silverfort) and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, the Terms. Silverfort reserves the right to amend, suspend, of cancel the Awards or these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Definitions.
2.1 “Judging Panel” means the group of Silverfort executives selected to participate in selecting the finalists and winners of the Awards.
2.2 “Nominator” means a person or entity who submits an application for the Awards through the process outlined in Section 4 of the Terms.
2.3 “Nominee” means a Silverfort customer who was submitted by a Nominator for the Awards through the process outlined in Section 4 of the Terms.
2.4 “Participants” means Nominators and Nominees collectively
2.5 “Silverfort Partner” means an organization that collaborates with Silverfort to refer, resell, deploy, and/or support our identity security platform.
2. The Identity Icons Awards Competition. The Awards is a skills-based competition where a Nominee showcases their innovative and inspiring achievements across defined categories.
3. Categories. Silverfort reserves the right to amend categories during the Nomination Period; entrants will be notified and may update or reassign their nomination accordingly.
3.1 Silverfort Advocate of the Year. For champions who promote Silverfort, give feedback, and collaborate deeply
3.2 CISO of the Year. Recognizing strategic leadership in identity security
3.3 Identity Security Champion of the Year. For advancing identity security practices at scale
3.4 Innovator of the Year. Creative deployment of Silverfort, including AI or Zero Trust
3.5 Business Value Award. Demonstrating strong financial/business impact through Silverfort.
3.6 Resilience Award. Recognizes organizations that have driven large-scaled identity/security transformation with measurable cultural and technical impact
4. Nominations. Nominations must be submitted through the Silverfort application form located at: https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSeudi2sNYVZnkyVQ0MWHphS1_i7GaPCN_6iIlMNRARPlc7xuQ/viewform. Nominations may be submitted by a a current Silverfort client, a Silverfort employee or a Silverfort Partner. As part of a nomination, please refrain from including confidential information. Nominations must be submitted in English and provide true and complete details. Silverfort reserves the right to reject any nomination containing unlawful, untrue or incomplete content, infringing third-party rights, or violating these Terms. A Nominee must be a current Silverfort client. Employees, officers, and directors of Silverfort, and members of their immediate families, are not eligible to participate. No purchase is required to enter. Nominations can be submitted by either (i) the Eligible Business Customer; (ii) a Silverfort team member, with permission from the customer; or (iii) a Silverfort Partner, with customer approval. Nomination Period begins at 9 AM EDT on September 8, 2025 and closes at 5 PM PDT on October 31, 2025. Silverfort may extend this period and will communicate any revisions accordingly.
5. Prizes
The Nominee selected as a Winner in each category will receive the following Prize: (i) a trophy and Silverfort swag pack; (ii) recognition at Silverfort’s Customer Awards during Gartner IAM event on Tuesday, December 9, 2025; (iii) a complimentary pass to Gartner IAM Summit 2025 (one per winner).
The Fair Market Value of the prizes is composed of the following:
Physical award: Up to $200.
Silverfort Swag Pack: Up to $500(mailed post-event).
Gartner IAM Summit Conference pass: $3,425.
All prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be resold. Silverfort reserves the right to substitute prizes with alternatives of equal or greater value. Prizes are awarded to Winners only and are subject to applicable local laws. Winners are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with acceptance or use of the applicable prize.
6. Acceptance.
By accepting the Award and applicable Prize, Nominees are entering into a legal agreement with Silverfort and have understood and agree to comply with, and be legally bound by, the Terms. In further consideration of acceptance, Nominees (i) agree to be publicly identified as the Award Winner; (ii) consent to Nominee’s name, likeness and brief biography may be shared in press releases, Silverfort website, announcements, and event programs; (iii) consent to being photographed and filmed at the Award ceremony and related events which may be used for marketing, press coverage, and promotional purposes; (iv) agree to participate in reasonable promotional activities, including social media campaigns which may be shared by Silverfort; (v) consent to their provided statements or biographies being edited for style/length; (vi) grant a royalty-free, worldwide license to use their name, likeness, and collected material in connection with promotion the Award; (vii) is expected to attend the Award ceremony unless otherwise agreed in advance; (viii) agrees to represent the Award and Silverfort positively and refrain from behavior that could harm Silverfort’s reputation. Public sector or government Nominees may opt out of prize acceptance if required by organizational policies.
7. Judging Process
After nominations close, submissions will be processed, verified for eligibility, and reviewed by the Judging Panel. Finalists and Winners are chosen from the Nominees using predetermined criteria and scoring. The following criteria will be used for each category.

8. Notification and Acceptance.
8.1 Finalist. Notification of Nominees who have been selected as Finalists will occur on or about November 4, 2025. Silverfort may request additional information or share planned promotional activities with Finalists prior to the event. Participants may withdraw at any point. Finalist decisions are binding and not open to appeal.
8.2 Winners. Winners will be selected from Finalists using the same criteria, and notified on or about November 18, 2025 (“Announcement Date”). Winner selection is binding and not open to appeal. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Silverfort reserves the right to revoke or withdraw the Award if a Finalist or Winner breaches these Terms or Silverfort’s Online Terms of Service, engages in conduct that could harm the reputation of the Award or Silverfort, or is later found ineligible. Winners must supply required information (e.g., address, contact number, charitable selection) and confirm acceptance of the Award no later than 5pm ET November 25, 2025 Failure to do so may result in forfeiture and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Personal Information. Personal Information collected through nominations or participation will be used solely for purposes of administering the Award, publicizing nominees and winners, and as otherwise described in the Silverfort’s Privacy Policy. Silverfort manages personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy at https://www.silverfort.com/privacy-policy/. Country information is collected to comply with applicable data handling laws.
10. Use of Materials. Silverfort may use nomination materials, including biographies, photographs, and supporting documents, for judging, marketing, and promotional purposes related to the Award.
11. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silverfort shall not be liable for (i) lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected nominations; (ii) technical errors or failures; (iii) any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the Award or acceptance of the Award.
12. Indemnity. Participants agree to indemnify and hold harmless Silverfort and its affiliates, respective officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising out of their participation in the Award or breach of these Terms.
13. General Terms. These Terms incorporate by reference Silverfort’s Online Terms of Service found here: https://www.silverfort.com/terms-of-use/. If a conflict exists between Silverfort’s Online Terms of Service and these Terms, the Terms herein shall control. If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its principles of conflict of laws, and only the courts in New York, New York shall have jurisdiction in any conflict or dispute arising out of these Terms.
15. Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the full agreement for nomination and participation and supersede all prior representations or agreements. They are not overridden by any Master Subscription or Service Agreement.
