We are looking for an experienced, Sales Operations Specialist to join our rapidly growing team and company. In this job you will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager.
Responsibilities
- Manage Salesforce processes including managing sales territories, optimizing lead routing processes, creating and maintaining detailed reports and dashboards, and performing various tasks to streamline sales operations and improve data-driven decision-making.
- Onboarding new sales team members: provide access to our sales tools and provide training on our processes.
- Manage tool configurations for Salesloft, Zoominfo, Leadfeeder by Dealfront, Apollo, Gong, Clari, Dealhub, and LinkedIn
- Support monthly sales and QBR presentations using PowerPoint
- RFP (request for pricing) process management
- Respond and coordinate projects for Jira cases
- Data clean-up and data loading
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales operations – a must
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce – a must
- Diligence, responsibility, and excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to learn and work independently
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English – a must
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking
- Team player, capable of working in a global and multi-disciplinary environment
- Degree in Business Management, Information Systems, Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or Economics
