As the Director of Global Talent Acquisition, you will lead a high-performing team and drive our global recruitment strategy while ensuring a top-tier candidate experience and a professional hiring process. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of at least 5 Talent Acquisition Partners, guiding their growth, development, and success 
  • Lead recruitment initiatives across 15+ countries, with a focus on the U.S, Israel, Europe, and APAC regions 
  • Oversee and optimize candidate experience projects, ensuring a seamless and engaging process 
  • Lead employer branding efforts to enhance the company’s visibility and attract top talent in the competitive job market 
  • Analyze and continuously improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency, scalability, and alignment with business needs 
  • Execute innovative recruitment campaigns, including employee referral programs 
  • Collaborate on cross-functional recruitment projects to support company growth and objectives 
  • Monitor and ensure a high quality of hire, aligning recruitment outcomes with organizational goals and talent needs

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of managerial experience in recruitment or talent acquisition - Must 
  • Experience leading managers and employees overseas
  • Proven experience in a fast-growing and global organization 
  • Lead recruitment initiatives across global countries 
  • Experience driving recruitment strategies for global markets, especially in diverse regions 
  • Strong project management skills with a focus on candidate experience 
  • A data-driven approach to recruitment process optimization and improvement 
  • Demonstrated expertise in employer branding initiatives 
  • Advanced English skills, including both written and verbal communication
