Sales Development Representative- DACH

We are looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team! Your role will be to seek new meetings by contacting and developing relationships with prospects.To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and exceeding meeting quotas. You will use your superior communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with prospects, from first contact until you set a qualified meeting that you will pass to our field team. Silverfort is a place for driven people who get results, focusing on solutions rather than problems.


  • Prospecting via phone, email and social media into DACH prospects and Cyber security, Access and Identity Management and compliance personas
  • Book qualified end customer meetings, with major focus on Sales target account lists
  • Qualifying leads from inbound marketing campaigns
  • Plan effective territory and outreach campaigns with sales and marketing teams
  • Presenting our company to potential clients
  • Successfully qualifying prospects into qualified meetings
  • Working with marketing to create and launch campaigns
  • Have the ability to accurately forecast weekly, monthly and quarterly numbers
  • Maintain a high level of phone calls and emails to prospects
  • Be independent, driven, and self-motivated


  • Completely fluent in German language, speaking and writing, and able to communicate complex technology and cyber security talking points to convince clients to accept a meeting in English and German language.
  • Familiarity and experience booking meetings or business in the DACH region.
  • Proven 2+ years of consistent work experience as technology or cybersecurity related Business Development Representative, Inside sales or similar XDR role(s).
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques in technology or cybersecurity (including phone cold calls, video, email, and social media touches)
