Content and Social Media Manager

Remote · Full-time · Intermediate

About The Position

Silverfort is looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing, cross-border Marketing team and spread our story far and wide.

This role will report to the Director of Demand Generation and will be instrumental in boosting our brand awareness and lead generation efforts.

Your day-to-day job will involve collaborating on and executing content and social media campaigns that fuel our paid and organic traffic. You’ll need to be social media-savvy, a writer at heart and lover of stories well told, data-driven in your approach, and unafraid to dive into the tech to get the messaging just right. In return, you’ll become an integral part of a supportive, skilled team committed to your professional success.

Responsibilities

  • Create high-level content campaigns and lead social strategy, including building strategic top of funnel content plans, social media communications plans and integrated campaigns, based on metrics, SEO data, and input from the field
  • Understand the company’s business goal and objectives and clearly communicate the connection between content and social media recommendations and business goals
  • Own social media branding strategies (especially LinkedIn) and expand them to relevant channels
  • Develop content for online editorial calendars
  • Own website content 
  • Cultivate relations with leading industry influencers and within social media communities
  • Develop nurture tracks and contribute to the overall customer journey
  • Ensure strong partnerships throughout Silverfort and alignment with overall content and social media strategy and execution

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience (cybersecurity experience a major plus) in B2B marketing
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Passionate about words and their impact
  • Comfortable working in cross-functional, international teams and interacting with different people on a daily basis
  • Comfortable creating data-driven content
  • Curious about current and emerging content marketing and social media technology trends and platforms
  • Experience developing content calendars and assets, with knowledge of individual social channel requirements
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social platform promotion, engagement and metrics tools (Google Analytics, LinkedIn analytics, GaggleAmp etc.)
  • Most of all – you need to be a nice person. No exceptions!
