About The Position

Silverfort is a fast-growing cyber- security startup with offices in Israel, US, and Singapore, that provides a unique Identity Protection solution for enterprises. We are looking for a true people person to lead our recruitment efforts in US. 


  • Own the end-to-end recruitment process for all open US positions 
  • Actively source talent, screen CV’s, perform phone interviews, and conduct HR interviews 
  • Grow the candidate pipeline by performing sourcing on social media and other channels 
  • Work closely with hiring managers and other stakeholders and lead the hiring process 
  • Organize the events and welfare plan for the US 
  • Assist with new employee onboarding and benefits 
  • Provide constant recruitment metrics and market research 


  • 2+ years of experience in an HR or recruitment role at a product-based company. Startup experience, a plus 
  • At least 1 year experience in US recruitment 
  • At least 1 year experience in HR policies  
  • Proven experience with sourcing for sales roles 
  • Proven experience with conducting face- to- face HR interviews 
  • Ability to own and lead processes independently 
  • Business negotiation, problem-solving skills 
  • Organized, detail-oriented, self-disciplined, and self-learning 
  • A motivated and self-driven person 
  • A true team player!
