About The Position

Silverfort is a fast-growing cyber security startup with offices in Tel Aviv, US and Singapore, which provides a unique Identity Protection solution for enterprises. It uses an innovative agentless and proxyless architecture and AI-based policies to protect any user and machine access to all corporate and cloud resources, including ones that were impossible to protect until today. Silverfort has enterprise customers across the world, as well as strategic partnerships with the top security vendors, and was recognized as a Gartner ‘Cool Vendor’.

We are looking for a passionate HR leader to help grow our great team globally. As Head of HR, you will lead all HR, recruiting and welfare, and have the opportunity to shape the future of our company.


Responsibilities

  • Lead both HR and Talent Acquisition
  • Work closely with the CEO and senior management on HR and growth strategies
  • Manage the company’s talent acquisition to support its fast growth, by building a global team of recruiters, overseeing and optimizing all talent acquisition processes including sourcing, employer branding and managing relations with recruiting firms globally
  • Develop and monitor all HR procedures across the organization so support the company’s growth and success
  • Maximize employee retention, development, engagement and motivation
  • Lead HR Quarterly Business Reviews, manage HR analytics, identify trends and provide insights to management
  • Manage relationships with various HR and recruiting service providers
  • Initiate employee welfare activities
  • Build training and organizational development programs for both employees and management
  • Build an HR and recruiting team

Requirements

  • Understanding of all HR aspects, including talent acquisition, employee retention, team development and mentoring, management development, employee welfare, etc.
  • 5+ years experience in an HR/People role
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, including sourcing and employer branding, preferably on a global scope
  • Experience in a startup at growth stage (preferably from 100 to 300+ employees)
  • At least 1 year experience as a manager
  • Experience in building HR practices from scratch
  • Great interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Creative and strategic thinker
  • Experience from a cybersecurity or other enterprise software company - advantage
  • Excellent English and Hebrew, both verbal and written
  • Bachelor’s degree
