Office Manager

About The Position

Silverfort is a well-funded six-year-old start-up looking for an Office Manager in Tel Aviv. The Office Manager will be joining our Finance and Operation team and be responsible for all office operations and creating a pleasant and warm environment for our employees and visitors. If you are a team player with the ability to work independently and move mountains - this position is an amazing opportunity for you to join a fast-growing global start-up in its Tel-Aviv offices and work in a dynamic and challenging role. 

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and organizing daily operations of the office.
  • Being responsible for monitoring and maintaining office supplies including food and beverage orders while managing office budget.
  • Assisting with organizing the company’s event.
  • Supervising cleaning services (internally and externally).
  • Choosing and managing office suppliers and service providers in Israel and globally - “order to payment”.
  • Assist with day-to-day needs of Israeli and global employees and provide other administrative support, as necessary, including assistance with expense reimbursement.       
  • Welcoming new employees and assisting with their onboarding needs.
  • Welcoming company’s visitors and candidates.
  • Assisting the company’s management with necessary meeting scheduling and coordination.
  • Working closely with building management to address the company’s needs.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in the High-tech industry preferable in start-up companies.
  • Fluent in Hebrew and English - both speaking and writing - a must.
  • Full-time job on office premises
  • Well organized with high attention to details
  • People person with good vibes!
  • Energetic, proactive, and communicative
  • Multitasking and prioritizing abilities
  • Service-oriented
  • Proficiency in Office (Outlook, Power Point & Excel required)
