Previously, Jérôme was the Global Technology Director at Accellion, Inc., driving M&A initiatives and building strategic technology alliances. His diverse experience also includes leadership positions at Cisco Systems and Blancco Technology Group, where he served in technical and business leadership roles across EMEA. Jérôme, who holds a degree in Computer Science, combines deep industry knowledge with a strategic approach to deliver robust solutions in the evolving cyber landscape.

Jaco Barnard has more than 25 years’ experience in the insurance industry, and more than 15 years’ experience in specialty insurance. This includes Professional Indemnity, Commercial Crime, Directors and Officers Liability and Employment Practices Liability. Since 2015 he has specifically focused on Cyber and Technology Professional Indemnity. He leads the Cyber team for placement, client service and advice in Africa (including South Africa) and works out of the Marsh office in Sandton South Africa.
