Automation Tech Lead

About The Position

We develop cutting-edge cybersecurity technology that both solves urgent customer needs today and is also a game changer for years to come.

We are seeking a motivated Automation Tech Lead to join us as part of our team. In this role you will be a technical lead, identify and analyze performance issues in terms of scale and stability, during the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Lead and technically guide a team of automation engineers
Mentor, and constantly improve a team of automation engineers working on a large-scale product
Collaborate closely with Product, R&D developers, and Customer Success
Define, design, maintain our automated solutions and manage day-to-day tasks
Hands on development, execution, monitoring and analysis of automated tests and test results
Continuously expand the automation infrastructure and complex environments

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on coding experience in Python
Experience in a similar role
Previous experience in Load/Performance testing
Experience with Jenkins and CI/CD processes - Advantage
Experience working with any of the major cloud providers – Advantage
Docker containers and Kubernetes knowledge- Advantage
